A cappuccino is a popular Italian coffee drink made with steamed milk and milk foam topping off a shot of espresso.
It typically contains equal parts of each and consists of roughly 1/3 of espresso, 1/3 of steamed milk and 1/3 of foamed milk. That gives a creamy, rich, and smooth taste and texture to the final product.
Typically, cappuccinos have no flavored syrup or sweetener in them, but can be added.
